Mr. Blom previously served on the Board of Directors of The Columbus Foundation from 2011 to 2017 and Dominion Homes, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Blom holds an M.H.S.A in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
