At the 2020 Annual Meeting, he will cease to serve as Lead Director but, if re-elected to the Board, will continue to serve as a director. Mr. Janks served as a director of Price Enterprises from March 1995 until July 1997. He has been a partner in the accounting firm of Green, Hasson & Janks LLP in Los Angeles, California since 1980 and serves as its Managing Partner Emeritus.
