During that period, he also served as a member of the Board’s Executive Compensation and Capital Investment committees. Mr. Masters joined the Albemarle Board as part of the Rockwood Holdings Inc. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Masters served as Operating Partner of Advent International, an international private equity group. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Masters served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Foster Wheeler AG, a global engineering and construction contractor and power equipment supplier.
