As its CEO, he oversaw Harland Clarke, Scantron, Retail Me Not, and Valassis. He was Chief Executive Officer of Valassis, a leader in intelligent media delivery from April 2015 through December 2016. Mr. Nichols previously served as Chief Executive Officer of North American and President of Global Consumer Services for Experian, the leading global information services company providing data and analytical tools to clients around the world. Prior to joining Experian, he served as Chief Information Officer leading all key technology functions at Wells Fargo & Company. Mr. Nichols also was President of Safeguard Business Systems and held senior positions at Bank of America in interstate banking integration, consumer loan services, and operations.
