Mr. Atieh is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of electroCore, Inc. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Theravance Biopharma, Inc. from June 2014 to April 2015, and as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for OSI Pharmaceuticals from June 2003 to May 2005.
