Mr. Hormell offers the Corporation a unique background, which includes previous financial institution board service and community and governmental advisory experience. Mr. Hormell’s key governmental, community and civic contacts have been important to F.N.B.’s efforts to serve various communities within its markets. In addition, Mr. Hormell serves as an advocate on issues related to senior housing and medical care and has a fundamental understanding of challenges attendant to economic and regional development within Pennsylvania.
