Mr. Chan was reappointed as Vice President of Finance of Phoenix Bakery in November 2017 after retiring in 2012 from that position. Mr. Chan is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience, and received a Master of Business Administration degree. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1970 to 1973 and in the U.S. Naval Reserve until his retirement in 2000 with the rank of Captain. Also, he has been awarded certification by the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management’s Director Training and Certification Program.
