Since 2004, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC”). She was elected ICSC Chairman for the 2018-2019 term as the first Chairman associated with a retail company. Ms. Richardson previously served on the Board of the ICSC Foundation from 2011 to 2019. Ms. Richardson served as a Trustee at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Plano from 2010 to 2016. Ms. Richardson holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North Texas and a B.S. in Education from Texas State University..
