From August 2016 until March 2019, he was President of the Electro-Optics Division of our company, which was established in August 2016 when our company acquired Crimson Trace Corporation, the industry leader in laser sighting systems and tactical lighting for firearms. Mr. Tobiassen served as President of Crimson Trace Corporation from September 2009 until August 2016, and as Marketing Director from April 2005 until September 2009. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing at LaCrosse Footwear, Inc., a leading producer of outdoor footwear and protective apparel. From August 2000 until September 2001, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Danner, Inc., a division of LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. Lane is currently on the Board of Directors of Nosler, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-performance bullets and ammunition.
